3. Payment

We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and other platforms such as PayPal or Stripe. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping Time: Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. International delivery times may vary.

• Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable events.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and unworn items in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom artwork, personalized pieces, and sale items are final sale.

• Return Process: To request a return or exchange, please email us at kempcraftdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including artwork, product designs, photos, graphics, and the Kemp Craft name and logo—is the intellectual property of Kemp Craft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without our written permission.

12. Custom Orders and Commissions

At Kemp Craft, we welcome custom orders for both clothing and original artwork.

• How to Request a Custom Order:
  Please email kempcraftdesign@gmail.com with a detailed description of your request. Include your vision, preferred colors, sizes, materials, and any reference photos or inspiration.

• Design Approval:
  We’ll provide a concept or design draft based on your request. One round of revisions is typically included. Additional changes may incur a fee.

• Deposit and Payment:
  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

• Timeline:
  Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the order, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated completion date upon confirmation.

• Shipping:
  Custom items ship after full payment is received. You’ll be notified with tracking details when your piece is on its way.

• Returns on Custom Items:
  Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
