Refund & Return Policy

At Kemp Craft, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original packaging, with tags (if applicable)

    • In resellable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Personalized clothing or accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

 
Custom and personalized items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at kempcraftdesign@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send your order number and clear photos to kempcraftdesign@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
