Thank you for shopping with Kemp Craft. We handcraft and ship all orders with care. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All ready-made orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may take 1–4 weeks, depending on the complexity. You will be notified of an estimated timeline when you place a custom request.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories

  • Select international destinations
    (Please contact us at kempcraftdesign@gmail.com before placing an international order if you’re unsure about your country.)

4. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this information within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Kemp Craft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or incorrect addresses.

5. International Shipping

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

  • Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. We do not guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kempcraftdesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
